Fairy Floss Cakes are shelf stable and made to travel. We ship Australia wide via Australia Post and Couriers Please (Standard). Express ships with Australia Post Express. Very large orders may ship with FedEx.

How it works: Fairy Floss Cakes are a preorder service. We allocate every order into our dispatch calendar based on the date you need it by, and the transit time with shipping services from Sydney NSW to your location in Australia, then send it with enough travel time to arrive before your event *if you have ordered with enough time.

⚠️ *LAST MINUTE ORDERS: Since you have read this, you understand there may not be enough travel time and we'll still make and send your cake, but once it leaves us, it's in the courier's hands, Express improves the odds but guarantees nothing. By ordering you acknowledge this risk. We are not responsible for courier delays.

NZ: No Express to New Zealand. All NZ orders ship Standard.

Prefer to collect? Select Local Pickup at checkout (Peakhurst, Sydney). Allow minimum 24 business hours to prepare. Pickup Tue to Fri, 11am to 5pm, only after our "ready for pickup" email. By confirmation only, NO WALK-INS.
