We now ship to New Zealand. A few things to know:

• Standard shipping only (Flat Rate). We do not currently offer Express delivery to New Zealand, except the Flat Rate Express for Party Favours.
• A flat NZ shipping rate applies, shown at checkout in NZD.
• Party Favours and Advent Calendars have their own NZ shipping rates, also shown at checkout.
• Please allow 5–15 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
• Prices display in NZD automatically when you shop from New Zealand.

NEW ZEALAND RETURNS, DELIVERY RISK & IMPORT FEES

Our products are fresh, handmade food items, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged or faulty: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, email us at hello@fluffycrunch.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not post items back, as perishable products cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

Import fees, GST & duties:New Zealand Customs may charge GST, duties, or handling fees on orders arriving from Australia. These charges are set by NZ Customs, are separate from our shipping fee, and are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict or refund them.

Not covered for NZ:

Once your order leaves our Sydney warehouse, we are not responsible for:

• Parcels lost or delayed in transit
• Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Orders that arrive later than expected
• Customs delays or charges applied by NZ authorities
• 🐜 Ant Policy - New Zealand: As fairy floss is a sugar product and international transit is long and outside our control, we cannot accept any ant-related claims for New Zealand orders.

International delivery times can vary and are outside our control. Please order with plenty of time before your event, and double-check your delivery address at checkout.
