For EXPRESS Deliveries: they take 1 to 2 business days (from dispatched) for most METRO locations, however for some locations in AUS even metro, due to distance from Sydney they might take 2 to 4 business days (from dispatched). WE CANNOT guarantee express deliveries on a specific date since AUS POST might encounter issues out of our control.
🛑 It's a common QUESTION as to why there is an additional charge for EXPRESS shipping per box. The answer is quite simple. The cost of sending one box of 4 tubs via EXPRESS is significantly cheaper compared to sending 2 or 3 boxes in the same order. The prices for Post Office services, especially EXPRESS , have increased recently, and we cannot justify increasing the prices per box to accommodate orders that require EXPRESS, otherways even the customers that dont require EXPRESS would be paying extra, so we decided to add this cost as an extra only to the customers that require the EXPRESS service.
eg: If we send one box of 8 tubs to most locations, it would cost around $15 to $25 and that is just for Standard Shipping, and for EXPRESS for the same box it would go from $25 to even $50. However, if we send 2 boxes of 8 via EXPRESS , it could cost even between $40 and $95 to send the whole order. Our product doesn't weigh much, but it takes up a lot of volume.
Sending a box of Fairy Floss via EXPRESS can cost a lot more to dispatch than sending a small box of jewellery or clothes.
We understand that not all customers require EXPRESS shipping, and it would be unfair to increase the prices for those who do not require it. Hence, EXPRESS shipping will be charged per box required. We appreciate your understanding of our pricing structure.
For SYDNEY: if you require an order on a specific day or same day delivery (if order confirmed before 9am) please CONTACT us by EMAIL with the full address, that way we can offer you an option (to 50% of Sydney locations). By email we will confirm if we can arrange in time and how to add (PAY) the extra surcharge for the priority delivery service from GO PEOPLE (same day service)

We understand that mistakes happen and sometimes orders are lost due to incorrect addresses provided by our customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for these lost orders or if you fail to contact a shipping company once they have reached to you to confirm more details or to arrange a redelivery, PLEASE KEEP ON EYE ON YOUR EMAIL TRACKING DETAILS. If a lost order is returned to us, please note that we will dispose of it unless you would like to pay for the additional shipping costs. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will be in good condition upon arrival, as Fairy Floss is delicate and repeated shipping may affect its quality, Shipping companies do not always handle returned packages with the necessary care, which may lead to damage.
If your box is been visibly damaged on transit due to mistreatment from the Shipping Company and/or affected the tubs eg: breakage of tubs, please notify us between 48 hours for us to arrange an investigation with the shipping company and for us to arrange a replacement, email us images to hello@fluffycrunch.com.au
Please note that a bit of shrinking is expected for fairy floss, its a very fragile item, some times the boxes endure a lot during transit, But if the fairy floss is turned into a rock, please contact us immediately with images for us to investigate and to arrange a replacement.
either way, In the event that there are issues with your tubs, such as damage or breakage during transit, or if the floss has MASSIVELY shrunk like a small rock due to mishandling, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange a replacement. It is important to reach out to us within this timeframe.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements solely because you did not like a particular flavour.
Ant Issue Policy
If, by chance, you discover ants in your tubs (a rare occurrence that has only happened four times in the past eight years), and you would like a replacement, please notify us on the day of delivery and provide images as evidence.
Unfortunately, we are unable to address ant-related complaints reported after the delivery day. We hope you understand that ants may have entered after dispatch, possibly during transit or while the package was left at your door.

Currently, we do not offer a Signature on Delivery option, as this would incur an additional $4 per parcel.
If you don’t feel it’s safe to leave your parcel unattended, for example, due to a dog on the veranda, the absence of a safe spot, or any other reason, please let us know by writing “DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED” in the Notes section of your order.
Additionally, provide clear instructions for the driver (e.g., a preferred safe spot or alternative delivery option). We’ll add a label on the box with your instructions, allowing the driver to read and perhaps to leave the parcel at a nearby pick-up point for later collection at your convenience. And as usual, you need to keep on eye on your tracking details.
