(❗️We are “SYDNEY” BASED, deliver ON WEEKDAYS (not public holidays)

Yes Our Shipping services continue to deliver Australia Wide, however plan ahead of time.

🛑Due to C0vid-19 crisis, all our shipping services from time to time are experiencing huge demands of orders since many services have switched to online! you all know that! 

For Personalised petite “Party Favours” please check delivery info in the party favours section, as different schedules apply.

we DON’T offer “specific days for deliveries” OR 🛑🛑🛑EXPRESS post services as currently the situation doesn’t allow to guarantee estimated dates for deliveries and express post cannot either. We DON’T offer uber eats kind of delivery service.  

please EMAIL us if need to confirm a post code, some locations very close to us we can deliver ourselves same day or specific day.

As of July 2021 we are dispatching everyday Monday to Saturday.

⏰if you order before 12 midday your order will be processed the same day (mon to sat) to be dispatched the same day or next business day the latest.

🛑 SYDNEY orders could take 1 to 8 full business days to be delivered from the moment you order.

➡️ 80% of Sydney orders are delivered between 1 to 3 business days from dispatched.

🛑 OUTSIDE of Sydney

METRO city areasNSW, VIC, QLD, SA major cities it could take 1 to ***10+ business days from the moment you order.  

➡️ 50% of orders to those locations are arriving between 1 to 4 business days from dispatched.


🛑 WA,  TAS major metro cities could take 3 to ***15 Business days,

50% of orders to those areas are arriving between 3 to 7 business days from dispatched. 

🛑 NT areas could take 7 to ***25 business days for deliveries to arrive.

➡️ 50% of orders to NT are arriving between 7 to 14 business days from dispatched.

🛑 all 7 States RURAL areas and/or OUTBACK areas it could take 5 to ***20 Business days for deliveries to arrive.

➡️ 50% of orders to rural areas arrive between 5 to 14 business days from dispatched.

🔴🔴***PLEASE be aware that on normal circumstances schedules would run on time! But some locations in Australia, METRO OR NOT are experiencing more delays! Due to lack of flights to deal with the demand and restrictions in place at many depots to comply with restrictions.

🔴🔴🔴Signature on Delivery

  • CURRENTLY SHIPPING SERVICES ARENT OFFERING SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY DUE TO DISTANCING MEASURES.  If you don’t find it safe to leave the parcel unattended by the door because they cant find you, please WRITE IN NOTES “DONT LEAVE UNATTENDED” or “SIGNATURE” this way we can pass this message to the shipping service to leave at a pick up pod close by for a later collection for your convenience.
  • All products on our website include a Standard Delivery fee in the displayed price so you know immediately how much your purchase will be.  
  • We deliver within Australia Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays) via Sendle. 
  • Orders received before 10 am are packed and processed for shipping the same day but may take 24-48 hours to dispatch.

Delivery of Alcohol
  • Fluffy Crunch boxes that contain alcohol must be signed for at delivery by someone over 18 years of age.
  • Authority to leave parcel unattended will not apply to these deliveries.
  • Proof of age and a signature will be required. 
Delivery tracking
  • You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This will include a tracking link directing you to the courier's website that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery.
Delivery Delays
  • On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control may result in a Fluffy Crunch box arriving late or damaged. 
  • We aim to ensure fast and efficient delivery but can not guarantee that your gift will arrive without incident. 
  • Our courier providers can not offer us a 100% guarantee even with Express Post services. 
  • Wherever possible we will implement a tracking process and will follow up promptly with delivery services once you have contacted us with a query.
