We ship Australia-wide from Sydney, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We charge a subsidised flat rate of $13.95 for standard shipping on most orders (excluding party favours & Wholesale), no matter how many boxes you order.
Delivery times vary by location.
Our boxes are bulky, not tiny parcels, and since we’re charged by volume, not weight, rising courier costs mean this small increase helps us stay fair.
Please don’t ask for free shipping on large orders, you’re already saving by paying just one flat shipping rate, no matter how many boxes you order. We could build the shipping cost into the product price and call it “free,” but that wouldn’t actually save you anything. We’d rather keep it real and fair.
📦 EXPRESS is charged per box – not per order.
We know this can be confusing, but here’s why:
Our fairy floss is super light, but very bulky. Couriers charge us by box size, not weight. EXPRESS for a single 4 tub box might cost $16 – $22 — but two or more boxes can cost $28–$120+, especially for locations outside Sydney.
So:
If you order multiple boxes, you’ll need to select EXPRESS for each when selecting each box, If only one box has EXPRESS added, theentire order will ship standard and the EXPRESS fee will be refunded.
Some larger items (e.g., Advent Calendars or Build-a-Box 12+) may not be eligible for EXPRESS at all due to excessive courier charges. eg: EXPRESS for one of those boxes for one location might cost us $25 extra, for another location could cost us $70 extra
We don’t leave your order sitting around for days, we’re super quick at processing and dispatching! Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the couriers, and 98% of the time they collect on time. Unless you have a firm deadline (like a birthday gift that needs to arrive before the weekend), there’s usually no real need to choose express.

We may be able to offer same-day or scheduled delivery via local couriers like Go People for certain Sydney suburbs.

No signature required please add in NOTES any advice for drivers eg: "leave by the door if no one home" OR "please dont leave unattended". Currently, we do not offer a Signature on Delivery option, as this would incur an additional $4 per parcel.
Check your tracking email! Please check your tracking email! If a courier needs more info or can’t deliver, unclaimed parcels may be returned and not refunded. As our product is perishable, we’re unable to resend or replace returned items — the extra shipping and handling can compromise its quality.
Fairy floss is delicate — some shrinkage is normal, but if your tubs arrive more that 40% shrunk, rock-hard or clearly damaged without noticing any damage to the box or tubs, email us within 7 days with photos so we can help.
No refunds will be issued if the wrong address was provided, or if a parcel is rejected or not collected. If you'd like us to resend it, you'll need to cover the additional shipping costs, and only once the box is returned to us. Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund products that were lost or damaged due to incorrect addresses or missed courier communications, as these issues are outside our control. If having issues with a delivery or communication with a shipping company please REACH TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, we can help.
If tubs are damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If your order arrives with major shrinkage or damage, reach out within 7 days and we’ll investigate.
Not liking a flavour? Sorry, we don’t offer replacements based on taste preferences.
It’s rare (but possible, happened only 4 times in 9 years). If ants are present in your order, notify us on the same day of delivery with photos for a replacement. Complaints after that won’t be eligible, as ants may have entered post-delivery.
