🛑Due to current demand to shipping services including Aus Post, we CAN NOT offer •EXPRESS Shipping• or specific date delivery as there isn’t any guarantee for parcels to arrive in time as expected with those Express services.
🛑Outside of Sydney METRO cities areas it could take 2 to 7 business days from the moment you order, WA Perth could same for TAS could take a few more days.
🛑Please remember we deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE, but some RURAL areas in our Australian map in normal circumstances could take up to 14 business daysto be delivered, but NOW in current circumstances could take up to 20 business days to be delivered.

- All products on our website include a Standard Delivery fee in the displayed price so you know immediately how much your purchase will be.
- We deliver within Australia Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays) via Sendle.
- Orders received before 10 am are packed and processed for shipping the same day but may take 24-48 hours to dispatch.
- The majority of our Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-3 days but in some cases it could take 3-5 days depending on your location. Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, generally take 2-3 business days while other states and remote areas may take up to 5-7 business days.
Express Delivery •••❗️NO AVAILABLE CURRENTLY❗️•••
- Express Delivery is an additional $9.95 and only applicable to major metro areas in the AUSTRALIA POST EPARCEL EXPRESS NETWORK.
- The majority of Express Delivery orders will be delivered on the following business day if placed before 10 am Sydney time on a weekday.
- Products are delivered next business day to areas within the AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS DELIVERY NETWORK, as per the post codes below. To confirm that your postcode is eligible please double check the listing below.
- If your delivery destination does not fit within the postcodes below the parcel will still be sent express but may take additional days to arrive.
- Any post code below marked with * indicates a postcode where the service is only guaranteed within the central township / city centre, i.e. mostly regional areas where the post code covers a very larger area and only the central township / city centre fits within the Express delivery network.
- Please note, deliveries are only made Monday to Friday and cut off times only apply to weekdays, i.e. any order made over the weekend will be dispatched on next business day (e.g. Monday) and delivered the following business day (e.g. Tuesday).
- Express Deliveries outside of Sydney and to some regional locations may take 2-4 business days, and deliveries may be made to the nearest post office.

Party Favours - Personalised Orders
- When placing orders for Party Favours we give you the opportunity to select the date of your event.
- Most orders will be delivered to you 3-7 business days before your event.
- If you require the order early for peace of mind please mention this in the comments section.
Authority to Leave
- In the Shopping Cart section of the website, before you can commence check out your are required to tick the AUTHORITY TO LEAVE option.
- By Selecting the Authority to Leave option, you subsequently agree to our "TERMS" and give us and our shipping provider permission to leave your parcel unattended by the front door - this is known as an "authority to leave".
- This allows us to leave the parcel at the address provided, without a signature when the parcel is delivered.
- You may also provide additional instructions when requesting an authority to leave, eg, leave at front door, leave at back door, leave with reception. You can do this in the "Special Delivery Instructions" comment box.
Signature on Delivery
- If you prefer a "SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY" and do not want your parcel left by the door, you must write the words "Signature on Delivery" in the SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS comment box.
- By doing so, your instructions will override our Authority to Leave terms.
- You are responsible for checking EMAILS (including junk emails) regarding tracking details from our Shipping Company, which will be sent once shipping is booked by us.
- Please note that if the shipping company doesn't find any one to Sign on Delivery (if you didn't Authorise to Leave), you will need to reschedule delivery directly with the shipping company (at no cost to you)
- In some cases for your own convenience, the shipping company will arrange for you to pick up the box at a news agency or another place of business near you.
Delivery of Alcohol
- Fluffy Crunch boxes that contain alcohol must be signed for at delivery by someone over 18 years of age.
- Authority to leave parcel unattended will not apply to these deliveries.
- Proof of age and a signature will be required.
- You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This will include a tracking link directing you to the courier's website that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery.
- On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control may result in a Fluffy Crunch box arriving late or damaged.
- We aim to ensure fast and efficient delivery but can not guarantee that your gift will arrive without incident.
- Our courier providers can not offer us a 100% guarantee even with Express Post services.
- Wherever possible we will implement a tracking process and will follow up promptly with delivery services once you have contacted us with a query.
Should for any unforeseen circumstance outside of our control a delivery not be attempted next business day we’ll refund the express delivery component of your order. To be eligible your order must have been placed before cut off time, fit all the above postcode/destination criteria and you will need to contact us within two days of the delivery date.
