We are “SYDNEY” BASED.  We dispatch AUSTRALIA WIDE.

NOV - JAN Information (updated 12th Nov 2024):

for EXPRESSservices Aus Wide by Aus Post/FedEx, it takes 1 to 2 business days to most locations, however on some rural or very far locations from us in Sydney it could take 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
- EXPRESS service needs to be added "PER BOX" you order, not per order, any order having multiple boxes and paying only one express option will be sent with Standard Shipping and the Express component cancelled and refunded. -- EXPRESS service is very expensive and we get charged per volume, reason why we cant charge it as a flat rate for the whole order, it needs to be added per box you add in your order.

For STANDARD & EXPRESS Deliveries: 

  • Orders received before 11am are packed and processed for shipping the same day (business days) but may take 24 to dispatch (shipping services sometimes fail to pick up on time)

For STANDARDservice:

🛑 SYDNEY orders could take 1 to 7 full business days to be delivered from the moment you order.

➡️ 80% of Sydney orders are delivered between 1 to 3 business days from dispatched.

🛑 OUTSIDE of Sydney

METRO city areas,  NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT major cities it could take 3 to ***10 full business days from the moment you order.  

➡️ 50% of orders to those locations are arriving between 2 to 5 business days from dispatched.

🛑 WA,  TAS major metro cities could take 8 to ***15 full Business days,

50% of orders to those areas are arriving between 6 to 10 business days from dispatched. 

🛑 NTareas could take 8 to ***17 full business days for deliveries to arrive.

➡️ 50% of orders to NT are arriving between 8 to 10 full business days from dispatched.

🛑 all 7 States RURAL areas and/or OUTBACK areas it could take 7 to ***15 full business days for deliveries to arrive.

➡️ 50% of orders to rural areas arrive between 5 to 7 business days from dispatched.

🔴🔴***PLEASE be aware that on normal circumstances schedules would run on time! But there are things out of our control that cause delays to different shipping services like the Silly Season 🎄

EXPRESS POST by AusPost.

We have now added on most offerings the EXPRESS option for orders AUSTRALIA WIDE.   If you choose the EXPRESS shipping, you will be added the EXPRESS fee (per box) at Check Out. For more information please scroll down 🛑 for common questions regarding  EXPRESS services.

For EXPRESS Deliveries:  they take 1 to 2 business days (from dispatched) for most METRO locations, however for some locations in AUS even metro, due to distance from Sydney they might take 2 to 4 business days (from dispatched). WE CANNOT guarantee express deliveries on a specific date since AUS POST might encounter issues out of our control.

🛑 It's a common QUESTION as to why there is an additional charge for EXPRESS  shipping per box. The answer is quite simple. The cost of sending one box of 4 tubs via EXPRESS  is significantly cheaper compared to sending 2 or 3 boxes in the same order. The prices for Post Office services, especially EXPRESS , have increased recently, and we cannot justify increasing the prices per box to accommodate orders that require EXPRESS, otherways even the customers that dont require EXPRESS would be paying extra, so we decided to add this cost as an extra only to the customers that require the EXPRESS service.

If we send one box of 8 tubs to most locations, it would cost around $15 to $25. However, if we send 2 boxes of 8 via  EXPRESS , it could cost even between $30 and $75 to send the whole order. Our product doesn't weigh much, but it takes up a lot of volume.

In  EXPRESS  shipping services, the charge is based on the volume of the box, unlike a flat rate standard service.  Sending a box of Fairy Floss via  EXPRESS  can cost a lot more to dispatch than sending a small box of jewellery or clothes.

We understand that not all customers require  EXPRESS  shipping, and it would be unfair to increase the prices for those who do not require it. Hence,  EXPRESS  shipping will be charged per box required. We appreciate your understanding of our pricing structure.

For SYDNEY: if you require an order on a specific day or same day delivery (if order confirmed before 9am) please CONTACT us by EMAIL with the full address, that way we can offer you an option (to 50% of Sydney locations).  By email we will confirm if we can arrange in time and how to add (PAY) the extra surcharge for the priority delivery service from GO PEOPLE (same day service)

 🔴🔴 REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:

We understand that mistakes happen and sometimes orders are lost due to incorrect addresses provided by our customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for these lost orders. If a lost order is returned to us, please note that we will dispose of it unless you would like to pay for the additional shipping costs. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will be in good condition upon arrival, as Fairy Floss is delicate and repeated shipping may affect its quality. Shipping companies do not always handle returned packages with the necessary care, which may lead to damage.

In the event that there are issues with your tubs, such as damage or breakage during transit, or if the floss has shrunk due to mishandling, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange a replacement. It is important to reach out to us within this timeframe.

If the box arrived damaged for mistreatment from the Shipping Company, you need to notify us between 12 hours from DELIVERY TIME with images of the packaging showing the shipping label for us to be able to investigate with the Shipping company, unfortunately we wont get compensation if we launch the investigation after 12 hours from box delivered to you.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements solely because you did not like a particular flavour.

If, by chance, you discover ants in your tubs (which has only occurred four times in the past eight years), and you wish to receive a replacement, please notify us on the day of delivery and provide images as evidence. Unfortunately, we are unable to address ant-related complaints that are reported after the day of delivery.

🔴🔴Signature on Delivery

  • CURRENTLY SHIPPING some shipping SERVICES ARENT OFFERING SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.  If you don’t find it safe to leave the parcel unattended by the door because they cant find you, please WRITE IN NOTES “DONT LEAVE UNATTENDED” this way we can pass this message to the shipping service to leave at a pick up pod close by for a later collection for your convenience.
  • All products on our website include a Standard Delivery fee in the displayed price so you know immediately how much your purchase will be.  please note that if you added the extra EXPRESS service, this will be added PER BOX and added on top of the flat rate for the whole order at check out.
  • We deliver within Australia Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays) via Sendle and Post Office, depending on size of box and location. 
  • Orders received before 12pm are packed and processed for shipping the same day but may take 24 hours to dispatch.

Delivery of Alcohol
  • Fluffy Crunch boxes that contain alcohol must be signed for at delivery by someone over 18 years of age.
  • Authority to leave parcel unattended will not apply to these deliveries.
  • Proof of age and a signature will be required. 
Delivery tracking
  • You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This will include a tracking link directing you to the courier's website that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery.
Delivery Delays
  • On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control may result in a Fluffy Crunch box arriving late or damaged. 
  • We aim to ensure fast and efficient delivery but can not guarantee that your gift will arrive without incident. 
  • Our courier providers can not offer us a 100% guarantee even with Express Post services. 
  • Wherever possible we will implement a tracking process and will follow up promptly with delivery services once you have contacted us with a query.
