Good news: our Fairy Floss Cakes have a 30 day best before from dispatch, so there is no need to order close to your event date. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any stress around delivery timeframes. Your cake will arrive fresh and ready to celebrate whenever your party is.

Please add the date you need your cake delivered by.

We will send your cake ahead of your event date given you order on time. Even if you order for next year, the cake will be dispatched closer to the date you provide us.

If you order well in advance, standard shipping is sufficient and Express Post is not necessary. Some customers choose Express simply to reduce time in transit, which is perfectly fine. If your event date is close, Express Post is the better option to give your cake the best chance of arriving on time.

Express Delivery is available for those who need it, but please read our full Delivery Info above in ESTIMATED TIME FRAMES before ordering to ensure your cake arrives in time.

For same-day (if reach out before 9am on the day mon-fri) or next-day delivery in Sydney, please email us at hello@fluffycrunch.com.au with your postcode before placing your order. We may be able to arrange a priority door-to-door service via GoPeople at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are in the hands of the courier and are outside our control. We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Express Post improves the chances of on-time arrival but does not guarantee it.

We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect event dates provided at checkout. Orders placed so close to your event date are dispatched at the customer's own risk. We ship with care and our delivery partners are reliable, but once your order leaves our warehouse we cannot control what happens in the courier network. Please refer to the delivery table above for realistic timeframes for your location before ordering.

Care of Your Fairy Floss Cake

📦 Storage: Do not open until ready to serve. Keep lid closed and sealed to avoid shrinkage.

Keep the lid completely closed until you are ready to celebrate.
Best Before Date is 30 days from delivery, as long as the container remains unopened.
Once opened, take your photos first, then cut and serve quickly as humidity will affect the fairy floss.
Keeping the lid closed protects your cake from moisture and keeps it fresh and fluffy.
