Fairy Floss Cakes are shelf stable and made to travel, so we ship them Australia wide using a range of standard services, including Australia Post. If you choose Express, your order will travel with Australia Post Express, and on occasion, for very large orders, with FedEx.
We do not offer specific delivery dates or specific delivery time frames.ย
We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect event dates provided at checkout.ย Orders placedย so close to your event date are dispatched at the customer's own risk.
Something to keep in mind when ordering: please allow 1 to 2 full business days before your cake is dispatched. If it includes personalisation, please allow 2 full business days.
When you order ahead of time, using the estimated travel times below from our Sydney warehouse as your guide, we send your cake with plenty of time to arrive before the date you need it. That is how we work, and our delivery partners are reliable.
FOR LAST MINUTE ORDERS IT IS DIFFERENT.ย Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are in the hands of the courier and outside our control. If you order close to the date you need it, even Express cannot guarantee arrival in time, as it depends on distance. Express improves the chances of on-time arrival but does not guarantee it, and we do not offer guaranteed delivery dates or specific dates or times of delivery.
So please check the delivery table below for realistic timeframes to your location before ordering. Order in good time so you're not stressed watching the tracking.
