Tell me about your setup?
You’ll receive our funky little cart, a selection of gourmet flavoured fairy floss and a professional fairy floss operator to spin and serve your guests or team a variety of creations while you enjoy your celebration.
How much space do you need?
Our cart is detachable and easily assembled. A space of approximately 2 x 3 metres is required to comfortably operate. If outdoor service is preferred, we can also provide our 3 x 3 metre, fully branded Fluffy Crunch Marquee.
Do you require access to electricity?
Yes. We need to set up in a space close to electricity, or where our electrical cable can run and only require access to a normal 10 amp electrical outlet. For an additional charge we can bring our own generator to power our equipment.
What can i expect?
A fully trained, gourmet fairy floss operator will arrive and set up. We will spin our gourmet fairy floss live at your event. Guests are welcome to sample our creations directly from the cart and are encouraged come back for as many serves as they like.
Do you serve the fairy floss?
Fluffy Crunch gourmet fairy floss will be served in our unique petite bouquets or for an additional charge we can wow your guests with our LED glow sticks.
How many servers are included?
We can cater for up to 120 serves per hour. With an additional machine we can double this.
What if I need you to arrive earlier to set up?
We understand that some venues require an early bump in time to ensure everything is set up. Although we arrive 1 hour before service time to set up if an extended bump in time is required due to venue management requirements or restrictions with loading docks, an additional hourly charge will be quoted.
How do i order extra party favours for my guests?
Our gourmet petite tubs quickly disappear during our private events - so we always recommend ordering a few extra at a discounted price.
