Orders will be dispatched based on distance, prioritising interstate orders due to transit times, so Sydney orders will be dispatched last.

We operate on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, starting with orders placed since July 31st 2025. 

We're on track and excited to dispatch all Advent Calendar PRE-Orders! To ensure timely delivery, we’re sending them in batches based on location, prioritising remote areas for arrival by December 1st.

While we’re dispatching early, please note there could still be unforeseen delays. However, we're confident that pre-orders placed by the deadline will arrive on time, with a 99% certainty.
