Orders will be dispatched based on distance, prioritising interstate orders due to transit times, so Sydney orders will be dispatched last.

We operate on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, starting with orders placed since July 31st 2024. 

We're on track with our schedule, and we're excited to be dispatching all Advent Calendar Pre-Orders! We’ll be sending these out in batches by locations to ensure that even our most remote customers have the best chance of receiving their calendars by December 1st.

While we’re dispatching well in advance, please note that there may still be unexpected shipping delays beyond our control. However, we’re committed to doing everything possible to ensure that your Advent Calendar arrives in time to start opening the windows on December 1st, with a 99% confidence that pre-orders placed by the deadline will be ready to unwrap on schedule.

Sydney orders placed from the 31st July till the 14th Nov will be dispatched from MONDAY 18th till THURSDAY 21st Nov, all to arrive before the 1st Dec.   Please check your email for tracking information during those days.
