I liked everything except the rose and pistacho flavoured one had no dried roses. Not a single one. I didn't have a chance to take a pic as i have a crazy schedule and didn't have time after quickly snacking out on a third of the container. My other half thought i was saving that one for him as well so he ate it whilst I was out. So unfortunately I wasn't able to havethis issue resolved and customer service never got back to me. I'm sure the batch number would still have been traceable so there would have been a way. Afterall, my partner and I paid good money for our gift pack. There were so many more flavours I had hoped to try but I don't even think my partner will let me make the purchase again because of my disappointment at the way this was handled. The size of the containers are not all that big. In fact, I prefer getting Persian fairy floss which is way better value. The lotus flavour of the fluffy crunch range was my favourite, normally the pistachio rose is but that was a let down this time.
My only advice is to take a pic straight away and not wait until you've tried to eat a third of the way into your floss to see if the missing toppings had sunk into the floss .
Such a shame . Plus for a small business you think there would be better quality control . I understand mistakes happen but why did I have to bear the brunt of that mistake?
